Randy Burgess
Mr. Burgess, Executive Vice President of Peter Kempf International, is one of the most experienced luxury real estate sales executives, having successfully directed sales and marketing teams for the past 25 years. He has extensive experience in providing consulting services for resort, condo-hotel and mixed use real estate developments in the areas of development feasibility, business plans, financial pro formas, ownership and usage structures, operations, marketing and sales for dozens of developers throughout North and Central America, Europe and the Caribbean.
Mr. Burgess previously served for 12 years as Executive Vice President of DCP International with responsibility for all their U.S. and international sales training; legal documentation review and training; as well as project manager of several developments. He also conducted feasibility studies and prepared business plans for proposed new developments, condominium conversions and distressed development workouts.
His prior experience includes his acquisition and financial management of a $70 million manufacturing and commodities exporting business as well as a commercial banking background.

Eric Pierce
Eric Pierce, Senior Vice President at Peter Kempf International, is responsible for business development, project management and various sales and marketing roles. Mr. Pierce is the creator of Clearview Express™, the company’s cutting edge Lead Response Management system currently deployed for all active PKI clients.
As an executive in both sales and marketing organizations in various luxury second home industries including private residence clubs, destination clubs and whole ownership second home developments, Mr. Pierce set out to improve project marketing ROI by helping sales teams to respond faster with more impressive sales deliverables. Clearview Express™ (CVE) harnesses technology to provide PKI clients with an instant response mechanism that delivers dynamic and engaging sales presentations automatically as well as provide the sales executive with notifications when their prospects are reading those presentations. CVE is designed to help overall cost per lead, to decrease the length of typical sales cycles as well as improve overall efficiency of sales teams.
Mr. Pierce joined PKI in July of 2010 when his consulting company, Pierce Group, was acquired by Peter Kempf. As part of his duties with PKI, Mr. Pierce has conducted feasibility analyses and prepared business plans for development and re-development in multi-use properties in the Caribbean and Central America. Mr. Pierce’s prior experience began with Exclusive Resorts where he was one of the renowned Destination Club’s first six employees. He welcomed AOL Founder, Steve Case to the business and played a significant role in the company’s first dramatic growth period in 2003 and 2004. Subsequently, Mr. Pierce expanded his real estate development experience as the Director of Real Estate for The Leading Residences of the World and was responsible for developing the company’s real estate expansion criteria in addition to provided ongoing consulting for the company’s sales and marketing organization. Mr. Pierce rapidly graduated to the role of Senior Vice President of Project Development for DCP International, where he was responsible for all aspects of PRC development.

Jane Guarducci
Based in the Florence office, Jane began her illustrious real estate career in 1991 with luxury real estate development in Canada. Since then, she has been involved in just about every aspect of the business including sales, marketing, legal structure and public relations. A frequent speaker at real estate conferences, Jane entered the fast growing PRC world of real estate in 2006 as a Membership Director for Palazzo Tornabuoni, Europe’s most prestigious Private Residence Club.
From being a TV Host and producer to handling sales and public relations for Gucci, Jane’s professional career has always involved being in a position that has been high profile and required considerable creativity. A graduate of the University of Alberta, Jane is the mother of two wonderful girls and is actively involved in community organizations and charitable causes.
Catherine Bentley
Catherine Bentley, based in the London office, has been instrumental in establishing PKI in the UK and is responsible for the administration of all PKI European activities including providing clubs with sales training and on-going support on a development’s CRM system through SalesForce.com. Catherine has 11 years of experience within the real estate industry and with companies specializing in the design, creation and maintenance of investment accounting software. Catherine is a graduate of 'University of Life, 2003' where she traveled to 12 countries in 12 months, visiting remote African regions, the South Pacific and Far East Asia. An avid outdoors person Catherine enjoys surfboarding, rock climbing, mountain biking and other forms of extreme sporting activities.
Erika Tebbens
Erika Tebbens lives in Saratoga Springs, New York with her husband, who is a Naval Instructor, and their five year old son. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Fordham University in New York City. She recently relocated back to the East Coast from Seattle, where she was the Site Manager for Calvin Klein at two of their top-volume stores. Erika has a knack for putting her clients at ease and enjoys building constructive relationships with them. Striving for excellent customer relations isn't just something she finds important, it's her passion. It must be said, however, that she is anything but average, and "thinking outside the box" is simply her natural state. She's candid, witty, and often described as "the intersection of Betty Crocker and Betty Page."
Derrick Kempf
Derrick Kempf is a passionate artist, graphic designer and web designer specializing in identity branding for all types of businesses. Derrick lives and works in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and two kids. With a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Derrick has been able to achieve success through the brand management of local architecture firms and non-profit organizations to the redesign of the Andretti Autosport website while at GoDaddy.com and the ongoing brand management of PKI. He has had work published in local magazines and has been recognized by Arizona State University as an emerging artist. He is dedicated to developing and maintaining relationships on all levels of work by a holistic approach to design and client interaction. He stays balanced by remaining active in ministry, community and family.
