This 72-residence, 10-story club in Manhattan opened in September, 1999, and was the first urban club of its kind in the US. The club offers a 1/8th ownership in a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and is located on Broadway next to Lincoln Center. Sales in Phase 1 of The Phillips Club exceeded $110 million. A PKI executive provided sales training and support for the Phillips Club sales team.
