The Deer Valley Club was the first private residence club of its kind in the world. The Club offered a 1/7th ownership of 32 two, three and four-bedroom town homes and 10,000 square feet of clubhouse and amenity space. Completed in March, 1994, the Deer Valley Club was the prototype for today’s rapidly growing, luxury private residence club industry. Residence club sales, directed by a PKI executive, generated revenues proved to be 175% of the previously projected whole ownership condominium sales; thus, establishing one of the key pricing models for private residence clubs.
