Villa Bossi Pucci is located in the rolling Tuscan hills in the heart of the Chianti region, just 24 km from Florence, near Montespertoli, well known as “the city of the wine”. Set among tall cypress trees, olive groves and vineyards, this charming village of 21 residences is formed by six restored farm buildings built around the Piazza of the village. Each building evokes its’ original use: Il Casale, where the farmers lived; Il Fienile, used for storage of the harvest; La Torretta, used to dry fruits and tomatoes; La Tinaia, where the grapes were fermented and stored; La Cantina, where the wine was stored; and Il Frantoio, where the olives were pressed. The Deer Valley Club was the first private residence club of its kind in the world. The Club offered a 1/7th ownership of 32 two, three and four-bedroom town homes and 10,000 square feet of clubhouse and amenity space. Completed in March, 1994, the Deer Valley Club was the prototype for today’s rapidly growing, luxury private residence club industry. Residence club sales, directed by a PKI executive, generated revenues proved to be 175% of the previously projected whole ownership condominium sales; thus, establishing one of the key pricing models for private residence clubs. -
