See You At The Fractional Summit in London

The third annual Fractional Summit will be held this month and we are pleased to be returning to speak and be a sponsor at the event. For those unfamiliar with the Summit, it is a two-day event, which was started by Fractional Life. Fractional Life focuses on all aspects of the fractional marketplace, including property, aviation, automobiles, boats, and more.

The theme of this year’s event is “Changing Times, Changing Markets.” This theme, according to Fractional Life, is “designed to help and encourage new developers and industry professionals into the marketplace and explores the various different facets of the fractional real estate marketplace and the challenges the industry faces in light of the expected increase in fractional ownership product available throughout Europe in 2010. “

Peter Kempf, President and CEO of Peter Kempf International, will be a panelist at two separate forums this year.  The first will be a discussion panel where three real fractional property case studies will be analyzed and then commented on by the audience. The second is about the fractional resale market: defining the market, managing the resale option, and discussing the growth of the resale market.

Peter Kempf explained to Fractional Life, “I was a speaker at the first European Fractional Summit in 2008, and it amazes me how the conference continues to swell delegate numbers against a backdrop of challenging economic conditions. Fractional real estate has a bright future and I’m very pleased to support the growth of the conference.”

This conference is designed to be attended by everyone related to the fractional marketplace, and is an incredibly powerful venue to gain realistic strategies for your business and to build valuable connections in the industry. We encourage you attend and we hope to see you at the Summit!
